Alumni Reunion 2022: Thursday, Friday, Saturday
The Office of Alumni Engagement is excited to host Alumni Reunion 2022 this Thursday, Friday and Saturday (Aug. 4-6). More than 450 alumni and friends have registered to attend, ranging from the Class of 1953 all the way to the Class of 2021. We also have a few “future Huskies” in the mix, with some parents bringing possible Class of 2038 attendees.
A few important reminders for all on campus:
Alumni Check-In
Alumni should check in with our staff at the registration/check-in desk to collect their packets before attending their first event. Reunion packets include their name tags (required at Reunion functions), personalized registration schedule, information on the departments hosting open houses on Friday (Aug. 5) and other goodies!
Reunion check-in for alumni will be open at these times and locations:
- Wednesday, Aug. 3 — 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Alumni House (9)
- Thursday, Aug. 4 — 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Memorial Union Building (34), Commons
- Friday, Aug. 5 — 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Alumni House (9)
- Saturday, Aug. 6 — 9 a.m. to noon at the Alumni House (9)
Faculty and Staff Packets
Faculty and staff packets have been separated from alumni registrants. Faculty and staff registered to attend Reunion can pick up their packets from the Alumni House now until Thursday (Aug. 4) between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Hospitality House
We also want to make everyone aware of the availability of the Hospitality House all weekend. The Alumni House will be open throughout Reunion weekend, with staff ready to assist our guests. If an alum has a question about Reunion, you can direct them to this central location.
The Hospitality House will be open:
- Wednesday, Aug. 3 — 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Thursday, Aug. 4 — 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Friday, Aug. 5 — 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Saturday, Aug. 6 — 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
